SmartFocus Apostrophe Fix

If you copy and paste an email (even as plain text) into SmartFocus, chances are that you'll encounter some character encoding issues.

Ours tend to present themselves by swapping quotation marks and apostrophes for question marks, as you can see below.

When formatting an email in SmartFocus, send yourself a test and note the offending characters - usually, they are " and '

update: set character encoding to Unicode (UTF-8)
